Team Building Sessions

Building trust within teams, particularly at the executive and senior leadership levels of an organization, is a strategic imperative for all organizations and linked to positive outcomes such as employee retention, productivity, and engagement.

SOLVE’s approach to strengthening relationships and building trust within teams and between team members focuses first on an organization’s core mission, vision, and values and how each team member’s personal values align in support of these organizational frameworks. Using values as a cornerstone for trust within teams and between team members anchors relationships and goal setting in a set of enduring concepts that prevail over time and often provides a clear link to an organization’s key performance outcomes.

Trust is further developed by focusing on both extending trust and being trustworthy over multiple touchpoints and through both words and deeds. One-on-one and team exercises, including developing Team Rules of Engagement, provide ways for leaders to demonstrate these qualities, strengthen their relationships, and secure loyalty and commitment to shared goals.

Emergenetics® is a brain-based assessment that highlights thinking and behavior. The session uses experiential and interactive learning. The goal is to engage individuals and teams in understanding how their individual thinking and behavioral preferences can help boost their effectiveness.

This results-driven workshop focuses on communication and how to use Emergenetics for increasing self-awareness. In addition, participants learn to work more effectively with others by improving conflict management and increasing diverse thinking.

Conversations between colleagues, leaders and direct reports are most often pleasant and productive. However, there are those moments when things get off track. These difficult conversations occur infrequently, but disproportionately influence relationships and outcomes in the workplace.

Crucial Conversations teach skills for creating alignment and agreement by fostering open dialogue around high-stakes, emotional, or risky topics. Learning how to speak and be heard, while also encouraging others to do the same, leads to a healthy promotion of new ideas, quality decision making, and behaviors which are aligned with unity and agreement.
