Tony Susa

Principal

Tony partners with CEOs and leadership teams at pivotal moments—when organizations are growing fast, integrating cultures, navigating uncertainty, or making decisions that shape their future. He helps leaders align strategy, behavior, and trust so teams perform at the level their ambitions require.

With more than two decades of experience and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Tony blends leadership science with practical operating rigor. His work focuses on the intersection of decision quality, emotional intelligence, and execution discipline—the factors that most often determine whether strategy succeeds or stalls.

Known for his boardroom credibility and grounded style, Tony helps leaders confront complex realities, translate insight into action, and build high-performing teams that deliver measurable results. His consulting engagements have produced consistent impact, including significant gains in leadership effectiveness, stronger alignment across executive teams, and multi-million-dollar business improvements tied to enterprise transformation.

Tony serves as an Executive Board Member at the Institute for Contemporary Leadership and advises organizations across industries during critical inflection points. He lives in New Jersey with his wife, three children, and two dogs and is a firm believer that leaders should take their work seriously—but never themselves.
